Delivery & Return


Please specify carefully your delivery address on your order form. We do try our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control. shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver goods within our estimated delivery times.

Most of our items are shipped via Royal Mail. Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days. You can also choose our PREMIUM or EXPRESS delivery- these would be charged extra (see all details below). Please do not expect tracking number if you have not paid for this service- this will go only with recorded deliveries. When your item is dispatched you will be sent an email notification. We dispatch every day Monday-Friday. Orders placed before 3.00pm are usually dispatched the same day on weekdays, orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday are ent the next working day.

We kindly ask to pay for your order straight after the order is placed. All payments should be made via our secure online payment system.
If you need a VAT invoice just click “I want to receive a VAT invoice” before proceeding the payment in your basket or email us later. It will be supplied in electronic form or together with the order.

Cancellations should be notified in by e-mailing or by calling 01825721400, in all circumstances you should try to quote your order number to allow us to deal with your request quickly. A full refund, including the costs of delivery, will be made where you cancel your order prior to receiving it.



We guarantee to refund or replace any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you have received an incorrect item, please email us- we can resolve any problem. The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take up to 7 working days for the refunds to show in your account.
If we have made a mistake with an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning.
If you change your mind or you have ordered wrong item the cost of returning a product to us is your responsibility. If the returned item is not suitable for re-sale then we do reserve the right to refuse a refund. We do advise you to send your parcel back to us using a tracking service i.e. 2st Class Recorded Delivery. This service will provide you with a tracking number which will help you track your parcel as the parcel is your responsibility until it is delivered to us.
